Return Request

 

1. Please download the 'Request for Return Authorization Form' below. 

2. Complete the form and email it to us at  info@kmnce.com  with at least 2 images of the items you are requesting to return.

3. Please title your email "Return Request - your order number" 
(Your order number is located in the order confirmation email you received when you placed your order with us)

*Once your request has been approved, you will receive directions and a Return Authorization Number. Any items returned without an approved Return Authorization Number will not be processed.
